TERMS OF SALE AGREEMENT

We ship all items UPS or LTL freight unless otherwise arranged with us prior to sale.

Equipment purchases are ALL SALES FINAL. No returns or exchanges on any new or used equipment purchases.

Inks and Chemicals have a 30-Day Exchange Policy (unless otherwise written) and will be exchanged for credit on account or towards other purchases. No returns on Pantone Color Matches.

All other purchases will either be exchanged for another item of equal value, credited to account, or can be returned for refund (less a restocking fee and any credit processing fees).

Resource Group is not responsible for freight damage or loss. PLEASE make sure to inspect all shipments and file a claim with the carrier immediately if there is any damage.
